To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向對曼坊呢間元氣既評級都好高雖然店內卡位不算多 只有5至6張但呢間元氣既壽司我覺得比其他元氣既好味d..而且最讚的是迴轉帶上 款式好多 唔似一般分店咁 轉黎轉去都係個幾樣呢度又多款 流量又快 保證迴轉帶上碟碟新鮮架所以我黎呢間一定坐迴轉位 望轉咁多款唔同既壽司係面前轉呀轉 真係唔經唔覺食多左好多碟架長長的迴轉帶。。轉呀轉呀 碟碟唔同款新鮮 美味第一次食中華沙律 感覺幾得意 有點彈牙 幾好味元氣必食 軟殼蟹手卷紫菜脆卜卜，熱辣辣既炸軟殼蟹比飯仲有沙律汁包住一啖咬落去。。脆脆的紫菜，蟹，軟軟的飯，汁味道又好。。perfect match是次用餐十分滿意
