To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完將軍澳拜山,行過去鯉魚門食海鮮,做一日遊客我都係上網睇人介紹,跟住揀左呢間係海鮮檔揀海鮮加工,每人都係加$110,好合理我地3個人,揀左2隻瀨尿蝦,3隻蟶子,3隻南非鮑,2隻掩仔蟹,海鮮檔老闆好好,佢話夠食,唔會要我地買多啲其實酒家都好熟行,幫我地整左椒鹽瀨尿蝦,豉椒炒蟶子,果皮蒸鮑魚,鹽焗掩仔蟹我覺得廚房好得,每樣海鮮火喉都啱啱好唔會老,好鮮甜我地再叫左海蜇燻蹄,腐乳通菜,另外佢送左木瓜魚湯同桂花椰汁糕我覺得個木瓜魚湯好夠魚味
