Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

築地日本料理地點超方便,港鐵到銅鑼灣站D出口,對面的金伯利廣場,乘電梯就到。麵鼓湯配料有菇片、豆腐、海帶和葱,鮮甜、不會太鹹。三品豆腐前菜點了三品豆腐,有海膽、胡麻海老和泡菜三款吃法。大片海膽加了檸檬汁很開胃,豆腐夠滑,沙律菜新鮮。海老已去頭和腸,口感煙韌,加了胡麻醬生色不少。泡菜香辣,凍豆腐可以中和辣味,泡菜小辣的,不用權水。炸軟殼蟹天婦羅即叫即炸,蟹膏位特別香脆,蛋漿不太厚,蟹味濃郁,不用點天婦羅汁也很好吃。吃到一半,將白蘿蔔蓉放入天婦羅汁,軟殼蟹吸收了汁的鹹香味,進入另一層次。三文魚海膽丼配菜有紫蘇葉、青瓜、海膽、三文魚、玉子。醋飯軟硬適中,加了鰹魚昆布味素,很開胃。青瓜新鮮多汁,玉子蛋味濃郁,又香又甜。大大片的三文魚新鮮肥美,沒有筋位,大滿足!建議不點wasibi和鼓油吃,吃到一半才加,味道更加豐富。海膽我加了wasabi和飯一起吃,小小的海水鹹味、wasabi的辣和醋味飯很夾。袖子蛋糕兩層軟綿綿的蛋糕,口感不錯,中間和面層加了袖子醬,甜度高。
