一早過灣仔辦完事,又到午飯時間。見好耐無食過海鮮,所以就去咗位於QRE Plaza嘅Misu Seafood Cuisine食飯。佢哋嘅海鮮喺自家貨源,所以保證新鮮。今日就點咗鮮蟹鮑汁焗飯嚟食。主角嘅鮮蟹,雖然唔係爆膏蟹,但非常之鮮味。時間掌握得好好,蟹剛剛好熟,肉滑之餘,蟹汁仍然充分保持喺蟹裏頭。配襯嘅蜆亦好鮮甜大隻。蟹同蜆都無加額外嘅調味料,原隻放入煲內焗熟,完完整整嘅表現出活海鮮最原始嘅鮮甜味道。底下嘅飯亦都要一提,餐廳每日會炆50隻鮑魚,然後用炆鮑魚嘅汁嚟煮飯。每粒飯粒都吸收哂鮑魚汁嘅味道,依個鮮蟹鮑汁焗飯真係會令人再三回味。
