To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直知道呢間蒸海鮮好多人食,見到開始入秋,約朋友一齊食。上到去侍應好好人,安排我們位置,即場用高溫幫我們消毒餐具,我哋叫左兩人套餐,一共十款海鮮,一開始侍應好細心講解會蒸日本深海石斑一夜干,仲同我地講唔好把啲豉油落去條魚,反而點黎食,我都擔心會唔會好腥、點知完全無腥味,仲好好食好爽口,每樣海鮮都好新鮮,好爽口,同埋每一樣海鮮侍應都會幫我們放落去幫我們計時間完成唔洗擔心蒸唔熟或者蒸過龍問題,最重要係食蟹,都係爆哂膏,肉質好爽口,同朋友食到舔舔脷,最後要食粥,啲粥吸收哂海鮮汁,再配上芋頭粒,粟米好鮮甜,最有驚喜係用甜品做結尾。
