今晚出動搵好嘢食,好耐冇食過生蠔,就搵下邊度有蠔食。搵到間係銅鑼灣既餐廳,主打生蠔及西餐。呢間酒吧餐廳佈置幾chill,估唔到食物都超有心思。首先我哋選咗$398嘅生蠔set,12隻生蠔來自不同嘅國家,擺盤放上唔同嘅國旗區分,而menu都好詳細介紹唔同國家生蠔嘅特色,仲可以配唔同口味既珍珠調味。店主就介紹由最淡味嘅日本蠔,食到鹹味較重嘅法國蠔,我嘅舌頭就好似環遊全世界咁。呢度嘅生蠔好新鮮,我較喜愛美國和澳洲既,味道鮮甜。 餐廳嘅每一道菜色都好美味,蝦籽雞翼香脆,春雞髀細細隻,肉質嫩滑無比。西班牙乳豬先慢煮後翻焗,所以外皮脆卜卜,肉質嫩滑。最後既甜品是來自日本嘅水果雪葩,菠蘿雪葩同蜜桃雪葩以原個水果盛載,味道極佳。
