今晚突然之間好想食烤鴨,所以去咗羲和雅苑食晚飯。叫咗羲和馳名烤鴨師傅即場係面前片,即片即食夠哂新鮮熱辣。鴨胸皮係鴨最香酥既位置,先蘸藍莓醬、再蘸爆炸糖,食落係爆炸糖係口中跳動既感覺。鴨胸肉皮脆肉嫩蘸黃芥末食酸中有點甜。鴨腿肉有兩種吃法傳統吃法:包薄餅,加入青瓜條、京蔥絲、甜麵醬而新式食法就係包薄餅,加入山楂條、紫洋蔥、藍莓醬各有特色而我就比較喜歡傳統吃法。松鼠桂魚酸酸甜甜桂魚肉鮮嫩,開胃好味。張氏獅子頭配上白飯撈埋一齊味道好匹配又惹味。椰香芋圓紫米露甜度適中好味喎。對住個海景食飯真係好relax。
