正值幾日長假,最開心莫過於在元朗屯門區搵食,今次和朋友們相約到滾得棧火鍋便先電話預約了當晚七點半﹔假日時的深井停車場易多爆滿,幸好等了不久就有車位停泊,再到達該店七才點多已差不多全滿,於是被安排到二層入座﹔先選湯底,海底椰濃豬骨湯底($79),看來他整個餐牌價格都有調整過,而乳白色海底椰濃豬骨湯充滿陣陣椰香,而湯底中又加入不少粟米令味道層次更豐富,粟米吸收了湯汁十分清甜﹔這晚侍應介紹海鮮特價,大蟶子買三送一($100),大小比手掌還要大,一試無妨呀,可以滿足一下極好海鮮的朋友,蟶子肉質爽實鮮甜無沙,每人一隻剛剛好,西洋菜($35),我火鍋菜首選絕對是西洋菜,入口極鮮甜,菜棵半爽、菜葉又吸收了湯底精華,味美非常﹔招牌手切牛頸脊($289、大),我們是牛癡一份子,到此店當然少不了招牌的手切牛頸脊,有油花之餘又不會太肥膩,口感亦夠軟腍肉汁豐富、帶陣陣牛香﹔鱔片($88),滾得棧鱔片切得較薄,相對鱔皮的表面亦較多,只需要輕灼幾秒便可品嘗,厚切會令人感覺啖啖肉吃多一兩片會膩,但薄切卻易感受鱔片鮮甜味﹔炸魚皮($49),炸得脆身,記緊一秒夾起魚皮,軟硬口感兼備﹔山根($38),較難去評論食物質素,
