講唔知原來尖東帝國中心有間正宗韓國燒烤餐廳叫韓脈。除咗韓燒亦可以食到韓國料理。店員好客有禮,入座後即刻送上韓式前菜小碟。我同朋友俾佢嘅醬油蟹吸引住,一於叫返一隻分享。蟹嘅體型都算大隻,怕太生冷嘅朋友,叫一隻兩份都夠食。味道又夠鮮甜,蟹刺身質素真係好重要。將一部分蟹膏再配埋紫菜拌飯,真係一試難忘。海鮮純豆腐辣湯海鮮極濃嘅韓式豆腐湯,石頭鍋上檯,保持翻滾夠哂熱,真係一飲暖哂。辣度真係唔算太辣比較貼地嘅口味,真材實料夠哂多料,唔食個白飯都飽哂可以,海鮮煎蔥餅經典必叫嘅韓式煎餅,料頭夠多所以食落味道層次豐富。又厚可以做到軟淋嘅口感,但外面又有煎到脆口。真係好食。鮑魚雪濃湯各一風格嘅湯,見係餐廳嘅特別menu所以叫嚟試下,味道係比較清甜,主要係品嘗鮑魚味,附上鹽自己落,可以按喜好調整夠貼心。韓式炒粉絲粉絲炒得濕度適中,油量足夠條條分明但唔會過份油膩,但以雖然份量大,但唔會太滯。
