To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 平時行街見到一直想試，但次次排長龍令我好卻步。咁岩工作完經過見到唔太多人等，即刻去試下!!湯底揀咗骨膠原柚子塩湯，有淡淡嘅柚子香味，成個湯底好清新，好適合唔鐘意油膩嘅朋友仔👍🏻套餐包咗4片A5和牛西冷🥩，薄薄地但油脂分布均衡，入口即融，好有牛味，雖然分量唔多，但勝在夠高質。另外豚梅肉無豬肉嘅臊味，味道正常，不過不失。竹筒免治雞肉同蔬菜都好有驚喜!雞肉加埋雞軟骨，好有咬口，雞肉彈牙雞味濃。蔬菜唔洗講，十分新鮮。食完套餐包嘅蔬菜之後要再追加一份油麥菜🥬🤩豆腐夠濃味又夠滑，反而丸就無乜特別。整體黎講，成餐飯都覺得好新鮮，雖然價錢比一般火鍋店貴，如果食量唔太大，又想食得高質啲，溫野菜係唔錯既選擇。👍🏻
