今年已經嚟咗第三次了,服務好,食材非常之新鮮。每次入到呢個餐廳分店都好似入咗園林仙境咁,好養眼,好relaxing。 我自己成日返嚟嘅原因有幾個:1. 正宗滷肉飯 (可任添)2. 湯底真材實料3. 食材夠新鮮 呢幾次encore花膠鮑魚湯作為湯底,非常之足料:有花膠件,冬菇,雞粒,鮑魚仔,幾塊雞髀菇片。 呢個湯底上枱時好濃郁,建議一開始連湯料飲幾碗,然後職員會幫手加入雞湯做火鍋湯底。 今日叫鴛鴦鍋,另外揀多一種湯底試。台式麻辣燙:有鴨血片,豆腐,少許藥材味,不算太辣的湯底。超級鐘意湯底的硬豆腐 (serve時已經煲咗好耐,表面係深啡色,吸晒D汁)。我一開始會食返一細碗正宗台灣滷肉飯(可以任添),我自己鍾意加D香蔥配滷肉飯。今次點了個細海鮮拼盤,魚柳斑塊,同牛肉片。 材料新鮮,牛肉甘香。食到咁上下,又再添多一碗滷肉飯。不得不提,大紅袍奶茶好好飲,尤其係如果你本身唔飲得奶/ lactose intolerant,呢個必試!今日有凍豆腐布丁,好食,可惜唔記得影相。
