第二次食千上,因為第一次食覺得好食,今次再回味一次,試新野!前菜: 中華沙律及螺肉我最愛的千上魚生沙律,有三文魚、吞拿魚、池魚加大三文魚子,都好新鮮,加上沙律菜及醋汁,好開胃!一客三文魚+一客甜蝦刺身,好抵食!三文魚係肥腩位,好肥美,甜蝦好鮮甜。特色卷物,千萬唔好睇個樣以為好普通,食落去好甜,蟹籽又卜卜脆,完美。原來食滿五百送雪花碑酒,清涼易入口!啤酒配燒牛肋骨,外層燒到卜卜脆,內里八成熟,又香又嫩,而且仲好抵食。另一啤酒恩物,炸蝦仔都幾甜!
