收工約咗朋友元朗食飯,見到呢間燒肉有得燒鰻魚,仲要唔貴,決定上去試下。餐廳要上一層樓梯,日系裝修掛滿燈籠🏮座位係卡位,十分闊落,私隱度高👍🏻 依家仲做緊7折,十分抵食!📌活白鰻魚 $238🐟即叫即劏,十分新鲜。白鰻魚連骨有4大塊,每塊鰻魚都超厚身,職員教要先燒肉,然後再燒皮,每2分鐘反一反,重覆4次,最後可以加上燒汁或者胡椒再燒多一陣就OK。白鰻魚燒好之後油香十足,食落肉質彈牙,因為十分新鮮,就算唔加燒汁,就咁加少少岩鹽都好正。📌柚子胡椒蜜糖五花肉 (6片) $68 🥓柚子胡椒蜜糖醬酸酸甜甜,正好中和咗五花肉嘅油膩感。📌薩摩赤雞腿肉 (6件) $68🍗雞腿肉十分嫩滑,已經去骨啖啖肉。📌厚燒牛舌心 (6片) $88 👅厚度十足,食落牛味濃郁,好有嚼勁。📌海苔米飯 $28 🍚米飯加上飯素同大量紫菜,配鰻魚同燒肉勁正。📌砵仔蒜蓉牛油野菌 $38 🍄有大量蒜蓉同牛油,D菇吸哂醬汁,勁惹味。📌菠蘿 $48 🍍燒完嘅菠蘿會比較酸少少,勁juicy,解膩一流。📌超甜粟米 $28 🌽粟米燒完十分香甜多汁。📌魔幻百香果茶 $48🍹唔會太甜,清新解膩。
