Restaurant: Communal Dining Hall (Student Canteen II)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日都會去polyu舊Can食早餐,因為貪佢夠近紅磡,而且價格亦都好平!今次就試咗雞扒餐肉薯餅,拼雪菜肉絲米粉($23)。個人認為賣相就唔太討好㗎啦,不過我不嬲都唔係介意,只要味道夠好同埋夠平就ok啦😂😂味道方面,個人建議雞扒最好走汁,始終個汁幾鹹下,而且食清淡D亦都會健康啲~薯餅嘅味道就一時時,有時即炸完食落去係熱嘅就好味,有時試得出放左好耐就覺得好難食。餐肉味道都唔錯,不過唔算特別有驚喜,而且份量都幾少下。如果嫌唔夠飽肚, 我通常會加多個雪菜肉絲米粉,味道幾好食㗎, 推介大家試吓~
