To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾乎每個星期都會同啲同事幫襯,食開都覺得OK,今日轉左Menu,好食嘅食物唔見晒(例如海南雞滲滲),取而代之都係啲好難食嘅食物!豬頸肉冬陰功米線$62啲豬頸肉唔熟嘅,有幾嚿咬唔開,重點d肉係冇味嘅。然後冬陰功湯底係冇冬陰功味,一味得酸味,一啲冬陰功嘅味道都冇,徹底就係劣食。亞金無骨海南雞配南洋蕃茄米粉$68海南雞同平時一樣水平,正常發揮,但係呢個湯底真係出事,好淡的,蕃茄味一啲都唔濃郁,強烈建議轉返之前嗰個喇沙湯底,如果唔係咁樣嘅組合真係食唔落。泰式香葉辣肉碎煎蛋飯$58成碟野好乾,都係唔好食。招牌海南雞油飯+大蝦喇沙+黑白配$75呢個係新出嘅套餐睇落好豐富,海南雞飯一碗上面得三舊雞,分量比較少。大蝦喇沙味道都可以,但係黑白配啲碗糖水真係唔多掂,啲紅豆好硬。整體來講,食物質素嚴重下降,新Menu真係好鬼差,希望睇到呢個comment之後會有所改善,仲係呢個Menu嘅話我諗就唔會再食了。另外員工態度都好好,同佢反映咗食物嘅味道,佢哋都有認真回應,不過Menu嘅嘢佢哋應該話唔到事。
