今日同朋友去尖沙咀食OMAKASE, 有別於一般食壽司刺身嘅, 呢間餐廳除咗壽司刺身之外,仲有熱食煮物等多元化原素, 都幾滿足餐廳以原條檜木製作的壽司吧枱,展現出高雅而沉實的氣派前菜有五款,賣相都幾精美, 最鍾意既係淮山漬,酸酸甜甜,爽脆. 刺身方面,有埋大大隻嘅牡丹蝦,, 另外再有帶子, 油甘魚, 深海池魚, 同赤身, 非常之新鮮酒煮北寄貝,貝肉鮮甜,加上大蔥泡簡直是perfect match,清酒慢煮,慢煮貝肉會更加軟淋,個湯底超正!有酒香又吸收左海鮮味依家係鱈魚白子的當造期。以鯛魚熬製高湯,配上經灼煮過的白子,再加入小蕪菁和海苔,使湯品的味道更為清甜鮮香,並散發著濃濃鱈魚的鮮味海胆,配埋 酸汁啫喱, 奶凍, 海膽味道不太濃卻鮮味十足,啫喱凍入口化成湯水,鮮香味十足麵豉汁煮和牛,用荷葉包住嚟煮, 吸收咗荷葉嘅清香, 麵豉醬嘅鹹香, 靈犀滋味雞肶菇, 蟹肉,蘿蔔, 蟹子, 入口即溶又帶鮮香江戶前壽司, 別有一番感覺
