To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch食咩好？唔知多唔多朋友仔係荃灣呢頭返工呢~荃灣廣場多唔同類型嘅美食，我平時經常都會同同事係荃灣廣場搵嘢食~ 「牛角次男坊」就係食過嘅其中一間，之前試咗佢個【牛角燒肉丼】同【醬燒牛舌丼】都真係好唔錯，咁啱有日男朋友放假過嚟搵我食Lunch，咁就帶佢去試試呢間順便介紹埋畀大家~ 「牛角次男坊」主打日式燒肉飯，Lunch比Dinner更抵食！Lunch有午餐定食，價錢六七十蚊左右，前排係丼飯定食，最近轉咗做盒子飯定食，套餐配有前菜同味噌湯，主食可以自選一款燒肉，都可以雙拼！ 🧡午市燒肉自選盒子飯定食【鹽燒豚腩片+燒美國草飼牛腹腩】（$69）燒美國草飼牛腹腩醬汁好重味，鮮甜惹味，撈飯食一流，超開胃！鹽燒豚腩片就切得好薄，肉質有彈性，調味無燒牛腹腩咁重，肉味更出，可以食到脂肪嘅香味！ 🧡午市燒肉自選盒子飯定食【醬燒牛舌+鹽燒麴一口牛】（$78）醬燒牛舌大塊薄切，爽口有嚼頭，但又唔會好韌，熟度啱啱好，一入口會係醬汁嘅香味，之後越嚼個牛味越出，好正！鹽燒麴一口牛都幾大粒，外脆內嫩，一啖咬落超滿足！
