To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇吃過車仔麵,襯有me time 就要好好利用佢,食啲自己鍾意嘅嘢。銅鑼灣車仔麵店不多,永年士多相對是比較有水準的選擇。我在收銀處點了三餸麵 + $66 繼而搵個位置坐, 坐左不夠30 秒已經聽到叫我的號碼,真心迅速,佩服!蜂巢豆腐、牛根、蘿蔔幼麵底,先習慣喝口湯底,是加了蔴油的味精湯底,但我又幾鍾意 ,喝了幾口暖下肚。幼麵保留點爽口,不會太稔。蜂巢豆腐、牛根、蘿蔔餸料只是正常發揮,三様都較淡味,牛根欠柱候香;蘿蔔啱啱夠稔,好彩本身都有甜味,所以感覺尚可。紅豆冰 紅豆佔了1/3 我會加佢分,而且入口夠軟糯,溝埋花奶也不過甜 ,若紅豆比例再多啲打咭更爆。
