這是一間非常高水準的重慶老火鍋店鋪。今日與太太到來一試，食物非常新鮮及豐富。最高興係見到我喜歡的「腦花」。於是就叫了一連串我喜歡的食物，例如鮮黃喉、鮮魚膘、嫩牛肉、稻田毛肚、桂花蚌、手打蝦滑及牛蛙等等。而今日店內坐滿人客。而店內一位相信係店長的男士與他們的同事們，都非常親切地招呼每一枱的人客。食物方面 ，非常美味。這一間火鍋店，我會介紹俾我的親戚及朋友到來一試。而我同太太都大讚食肆的食物同服務，必定會再來幫襯。而APM分店，交通非常方便，就算乘車或揸車到來都一樣，所以APM分店亦都係我推介之一。
