To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嚟yoho睇戲都會留意到戲院對面角落呢片小綠洲,一直以為屬於輕食西餐cafe。翻閱餐牌先知原來係fusion菜每道菜式都融合不同國家風格,韓式醬料加圍邊蛋炒意粉、蝦米雞蛋仔、龍蝦湯河⋯⋯配搭新奇又意想不到。餐廳空間比想像中大得多,深入餐廳裡頭更闊絡,水吧廚房為開放式設計,可以清晰睇到食物製作過程。生菜包通常都配以絞肉碎,包炸餃子真係第一次。餃子炸得金黃香脆,以新鮮濕潤嘅生菜包覆,再蘸上酸酸甜甜嘅燒肉汁,呈現出外爽中脆內嫩嘅三重口感,呢個配搭令人驚喜燒春雞份量十足,大大隻,皮薄肉嫩,不帶多餘脂肪,精簡地灑上薑黃燒熟,更能展現新鮮食材嘅原汁原味。燒熱嘅鐵板遇上充滿雞味嘅濃郁雞湯,奏出美妙嘅滋滋聲,墊底嘅薯仔、洋蔥、薑汁遇熱生香,視聽嗅三種感官同時刺激令人食指大動。正宗雞有雞味,咬落啖啖肉,滿足感十足。Pizza比想像中更大個,直徑12吋size,幸好係脆邊薄底,兩人share都唔會過於飽滯。未食已聞到陣陣松露香,反而鹹蛋味不算突出。因選用薄底,入口無粉感較輕盈,又能食到椰菜花薄片嘅爽脆同鹹蛋獨特嘅沙沙口感,簡單但又層次分明,難怪店員極力推薦pizza類。
