To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未夠夜晚7點入座，全場起碼5張空檯都要人搭檯，仲要係平排痴埋坐隔籬啊種，檯與檯之間一條罅隙都無，個安排好唔合理。講埋食物，諗住快快脆脆食完就走，點知食咗一啖已經唔想再食，炙燒三文魚無油香，食得出唔新鮮，帶子某幾粒幾腥下，成個飯都唔新鮮，得腥味無鮮味，食到反胃，無食晒就埋單。成個餐最好味應該係個湯，淡口但至少唔難食。仲有一點，全部QR code落單，仍然要收加一，成個體驗由食物品質到服務都唔值呢個價，絕對無下次。
