To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無味精湯底？🤔

今日走去享和街，成日聽朋友推介要去添記食豬扒米線。今日中午一點多去到，見到內裡滿座，好彩等5分鐘左右就有位坐。第一次黎到，緊係睇下有乜推介，自己就叫左碗豬扒米線 (見餐牌上寫了 “必食” 二字)，而友人見到以下張圖就叫了碗黃沙豬潤米線。見到張圖都好吸引。但未知是否圖片只供參考，友人碗米線上枱如下:豬潤得5片，另位伙記上枱時仲要飛碗，令到碗湯飛左部份到枱上而我碗豬扒米線上枱啦，先睇下賣相先，都不錯豬扒炸左後不會乾身，有肉汗，都不錯。而個湯底寫明正宗日式豬骨湯底（無味精），但試落後無豬骨味，似清湯多D🤦🏻‍♂️。我同友人食完都覺得好奇，大家都勁口渴，明明寫住湯底無味精，但點解會咁口渴呢？咁就不得而知🤔

而個湯底寫明正宗日式豬骨湯底（無味精），但試落後無豬骨味，似清湯多D🤦🏻‍♂️。
我同友人食完都覺得好奇，大家都勁口渴，明明寫住湯底無味精，但點解會咁口渴呢？
咁就不得而知🤔
