Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又嚟到添記麵皇到食下午茶,同朋友一人叫咗一碗米線,分別係香茅豬扒米線同埋鮮鯪魚球米線。香茅豬扒米線嘅香茅豬扒一向係添記麵皇嘅招牌菜之一,好多人嚟到都係揀呢一款米線。佢嘅香茅豬扒都幾大塊,而且炸到好鬆脆,反而肉質都算滑,做到外脆內軟嘅效果鮮鯪魚球入去嘅外型睇得出佢係人手包出嚟,唔係用機包,不過鯪魚球嘅鮮味唔係好突出,咬落唔彈牙,相信都落左唔少粉。米線部分冇咩特別,米線偏幼身,火候都OK;湯底係用咗豬骨濃湯,今次嘅胡椒粉落得重手左,導致胡椒味太重,食落有啲辣。

今日再去,人流多咗,雖然要等一陣位,都替小店開心。聽到隔離枱都話以前成日嚟食豬扒魚湯米線。另外花姿片米線都好鮮味。支持小店,用心麵家。推介給荃灣區的朋友。後來聽隔離車行師父講,麵店材料從來不過夜,日日都咁新鮮,仲係無落味精。

啱啱過去個星期日行經荃灣廣場一帶見到間間餐廳門口都排晒長龍😱正當我同老公企喺度諗緊係咪真係要排隊食定買外賣返屋企食嘅時候轉個身就見到呢間麵店由於開咗喺另外一邊相對上比較靜嘅街所以一個等位嘅人都冇仲離遠見到應該係老闆嘅落寞身影企咗喺門口😢所以我哋就過去幫襯啦老公話呢間麵店未搬之前佢成日都食個魚湯可以話係全荃灣最出色嘅魚湯底所以我哋兩個今晚都食魚湯我就叫咗五餸車仔麵佢就叫咗魚片牛腩米線一嚟到就試吓個湯先真係非常之鮮甜!完全飲得出係真材實料煲出嚟嘅而且份量好足我叫五個餸 多數都係蔬菜全部都超多!老公嘅牛腩魚片 兩款都係貴價食材但係份量都唔會孤寒值得一提係車仔麵個餸入面嘅蘿蔔係超有驚喜!非常淋甜同入味入口即溶咁滯至於個牛腩都睇得出係靚嘅貨色唔會太肥亦唔會過騷開始食麵就加埋佢自製嘅辣菜甫同辣椒油即刻鮮味提升惹味咗唔少又係另一番風味我哋仲加咗$12 有碟菜同一杯細細的豆漿油菜叫咗芥蘭同菜心 非常淋甜至於豆漿就冇乜特別 唔會太甜另外仲加咗碟酥炸鯪魚球新鮮炸起好好食$25有五粒 雖然唔係好大粒但係都叫做非常抵食老闆行開行埋都會問我哋個湯得唔得呀睇得出好有心♥️本人諗住食完晒碗麵先至食鯪魚球老闆仲好主動過

全部都超多!
老公嘅牛腩魚片 兩款都係貴價食材

老闆行開行埋都會問我哋個湯得唔得呀
睇得出好有心♥️
本人諗住食完晒碗麵先至食鯪魚球
老闆仲好主動過嚟問我點解唔食個鯪魚球
我話因為好食嘅嘢要留返最後😂
跟住佢都笑咗出嚟
佢話要趁熱食先好食
最後俾錢都同老闆傾吓閒計
問佢呢排生意有冇好翻啲
佢話只要唔禁堂食其實都OK嘅
希望呢啲咁有心咁有人情味嘅小店
可以長存啦
