To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當我知道海洋公園開新酒店後，就上網訂佢哋嘅中菜廳試吓。周未最快都要訂到8月中，唯有慢慢等！終於等到訂位嘅日子啦！酒店裝修好有渡假feel, 入到去已經好開心！中菜廳個名得一個字「玉」，位於酒店二樓。雖然訂位時要求要窗口位，但係到訪當日就安排咗我哋坐入面嘅梳化位。如果可以坐响窗邊，望住個無敵海景食點心就非常正啦！由於得2個人，見到點心樣樣都想食，但係又食唔到咁多，就打算叫套餐。好彩叫嘅時候多口問聲經理點心可唔可以跟人頭上，經理好好咁話特別安排比我哋，咁我哋最後就叫左散點心啦！幾款點心都唔錯，達酒店中菜水準。肉骨茶小籠包有肉骨茶味，但係我覺得味道唔係同小籠包咁夾，原味應該好啲。XO醬腸粉炒得好惹味，軟硬適中。蟹蓋方面，價錢都算貴，但係好足料，蟹肉好鮮味。龍帶玉梨香個名好特別，原來係裡面好似蝦丸夾左片新鮮梨炸，食落口感幾得意。我哋食完點心冇叫炒嘢，不過又擔心轉頭好快餓，就叫碗魚湯稻庭麵打下底，都幾好味。最後，緊係要食埋甜品先完美啦！總結嚟講，成餐好滿意！環境新，裝修靚，坐得舒服唔在講，望出去仲有個無敵海景。嘢食方面，一般高級酒店價錢，食物質素都達標，蟹蓋係有驚喜！服務都係酒店水準，招呼周到。
