老公升職加薪梗係要同佢慶祝下,就佢返工係灣仔區搵食,朋友介紹喺永樂街有間法國私房菜,靜靜地幾好情調就book你試吓到當晚我哋都唔知食乜,一入門口,有驚喜喎,室內裝修好有情調睇得出老闆放咗唔少心機👍店舖不大只有10張枱內,正正就係想同老公靜靜地傾下計,店員非常之友善專業,因為係無菜單的,店員由歺包到甜品介紹一番👍👍餐包是他們自家制的法國牛油牛角包比外面食到的香很多,牛油味很濃很濃,表層很脆口!再嚟頭盤係煙三文魚他他,見到呢啲菜有啲擔心因為老公不好魚的,但係他一食停唔到口,煙三文魚加咗牛油果蕃茄係有機嘅很甜而且係批咗皮的,很fresh 嘅感覺,而且賣相很精致🍅湯一啲都唔怯場,是蟹肉海皇湯,蟹肉尤其清新,鮮甜,而且蟹肉份量相當足主菜係豬胺同墨魚麵,兩款看似簡單嘅菜式食落去一啲都唔簡單!🐷胺表皮脆口,內𥚃面還是粉紅色的,豬胺少不免油脂會多一點,食少少隔住沙律同燒菠蘿一起吃,解了不少油腻感,一種很match smart 的食法!墨魚味嘅面,定係墨魚味嘅墨魚,很得意的一道菜,看到廚師的創意和功架,全部都是由墨魚切成嘅墨魚長片,切得如扁意粉一般薄,配上醬料一起食驚喜由頭帶到尾,甜品更是另人嘩一聲呢,
