首先烹調A4西冷和牛,師傅會喺客人面前即場烹調,手法好正宗,先用牛脂燒熱鍋,再灑上砂糖烤一陣先放牛,晒後加上醬汁。牛嘅熟度控製得啱啱好。A4西冷和牛食落油脂比例好完美,油脂感豐富,而且牛味香濃。之後師傅就烹調和牛牛肩,牛肩嘅紋理好靚,口感更具彈性,入口即溶。配埋日本蘭王蛋液更香濃。
