作為壽喜燒控當然要試下新開嘅高質sukiyaki 🥰 其實餐廳都開左一排不過一路冇機會去試下🤣 餐廳係由前sukiyaki mori 廚師主理,品質好有保證!全店都係吧台設計,可以睇住師傅席前烹調🫶🏻/Sukiyaki Set “Yoshi” $780/今次黎食dinner set,內容非常豐富!首先有季節一品料理,係炸粟米饅頭🤣 見到賣相已經覺得好得意,炸皮薄而鬆脆,粟米清甜,底下嘅饅頭非常軟熟!之後就係日本菇茶碗蒸,口感非常軟滑👍🏻牛肉方面有三款,分別係京都姬牛肉眼、京都姬牛西冷、熊本和王肩肉!另外仲會配搭多款日本時令野菜👍🏻 餐廳採用關西風烹調方式,師傅煮食材嘅時候加入白糖,令到食物會有焦糖嘅口感同味道!牛肉口感軟熟,油脂分佈均勻,加上焦糖嘅表面非常香口😋個人最期待竟然係焦糖洋蔥,事關之前係sukiyaki mori 食過好驚艷,不過個人覺得今次可以再煮耐d,焦糖效果可以更好!最後滑蛋炒飯吸收曬和牛嘅精華!味道濃郁香口,另外仲加入牛肉粒,一d 都唔兒戲🤩 甜品方面試左白桃牛奶布丁同埋hazelnut 雪糕銅鑼燒🥰 個人好鍾意白桃牛奶布丁!口感軟滑,奶味濃郁,面頭仲加左桃粒🍑整體黎講係食物質素冇得挑剔,全部食材新鮮,味道都非常出色!不過唯一係餐廳範圍比較細,座位比較密,大家圍住個吧台講野會比較嘈🤔 continue reading

呢間壽喜燒真係太正啦!環境靚,服務態度又好,菜式更係好味到爆。呢間餐廳座位唔多,淨係有12個,所以私密性特別高,環境又溫馨又高檔,儀式感滿滿!日籍主廚高橋佳介親自為我哋烹調,仲會講解每種食材,感覺真係好用心。一開始上嚟嘅前菜已經令人狂讃。和牛海膽壽司、季節特選菜同埋茶碗蒸し,每一樣都好好味😋!和牛海膽壽司口感滑腻,和牛嘅鮮味同海膽嘅鮮甜融合得恰到好處!跟住就係京都姫牛,肉質嫩滑,配搭嘅日本蔬菜色香味具全!再加埋日本蘭王蛋,令整個菜餚更加絲滑,真係好食到唔停手。甜品部分嘅榛子雪糕亦都別有風味,濃郁嘅榛子香氣同細膩嘅口感,仲有細細粒嘅榛子碎,食一口接一口,根本停唔到!我揀咗一個$480嘅午餐,Sukiyaki Set "Yoshi"包含了以下的:季節の一品茶碗蒸し
