今晚去咗西營盤一間日式料理店,位置非常方便,近地鐵站。裝潢設計有日籍人仕做軍師,充滿日式風格。還有一個角落專為帶埋竉物來嘅客人,好窩心。漬物牛旁,佐酒一流。主打串燒,當然要試吓:鹽燒活鰻鰻魚燒到皮脆肉嫩,鹹度恰到好處。好喜歡調味嘅芥茉菜粒,少少辛香,跟鰻魚好夾。自家製免治雞肉丸非常滑溜,又有細小軟骨,增添嚼口。牛肉壽喜燒牛肉軟腍,充滿肉汁。豆腐煎過表面,非常細心。配料有大量蔬菜,營養豐富。壽喜燒湯汁不會過鹹,味美。
