To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活 $66仁當辣雞上髀飯，香煎薄餅+荔枝檸檬梳打係喜出望外，值得一試既餐，揀餐唔知食咩好嘅時候可以試吓呢個。香煎薄餅🍕雖然係超級市場都可以買到嘅薄餅，但就係因為咁，好食！又酥又香又脆，仲有少少雲呢拿味，記得趁熱食，第一樣就食薄餅先。雞髀🍗當然冇醃過啦，但係配埋個香料汁係唔錯嘅。另外附上「麻醬鹹味」既汁，呢個食落太重口味，會掩蓋晒其他味，試咗兩啖就算了。最驚喜係嗰幾啖伴菜，醃到酸酸甜甜，又爽又脆，好食！撈汁撈飯超開胃荔枝檸檬梳打 後悔試咗呢杯嘢，早知都係飲返凍檸茶走甜….聞落係幾有荔枝味，但係浸味好化學好假，我唔鍾意；冇檸檬味。平時鍾意飲梳打嘅我飲剩咗半杯。
