之前有朋友仔介紹話係柯士甸有間性價比高既日式串燒店,今次輪到小編試下味先😋😋門面同內部裝修非常有日本風,當自己去左轉日本旅行。餐廳內有好多唔同款既日本酒,愛酒人士可以試一試。前菜 $12為蕃茄配上秘製醬汁,非常開胃。吞拿魚蓉薄脆 $48 吞拿魚蓉份量多,脆底有點似米通。呢個配搭幾夾,幾好味😋燒三文魚頭 $78,魚頭燒得很香脆。魚頭多肉,食起來啖啖肉,魚肉滑嫩,肉質勁嫩滑,不同部位都有不同的口感。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻荔枝豚肉串 $26好特別,豚肉卷住荔枝,又岀奇地好味道。荔枝既甜味中和返豚肉既味道,一甜一咸剛剛好。雞肉串配明太子醬 $26雞肉juicy,唔會好油膩,配上明太子醬更好味。燒芝士年糕(兩件)$28黎到日本串燒店當然要試吓芝士年糕😋年糕燒得煙韌,外皮唔會燒得好硬,入面既芝士先係精粹😋鰻魚粒燒飯糰 $24 + 三文魚燒飯糰 $24外面既飯燒得很脆口,有點似石鍋既飯焦。鹽燒封門柳 $26封門柳係牛的橫膈膜的肌肉,肉質鬆軟,不易變韌,而且牛肉味極為濃郁。燒元貝(兩隻)$50元貝新鮮,很重牛油味,配上大蔥一齊食更正。日本多春魚(兩條) $20燒得脆口,沒有魚腥味。
