去年6月中開幕,終於有機會試到好多人介紹佢既招牌菜式有海老惠方卷,醬油川海老醬燒豚肉飯,火山石清酒煮蜆等仲有串燒,小吃以家庭料理,小吃類為主,好多海鮮款式仲可以配酒飲清酒店蜆,用日本國士無雙酒放入石鍋,煮3-4分鐘食得帶淡淡既酒味,唔會搶過海鮮既味道味道甜鮮原隻燒北寄貝($48)一樣用上日本清酒煮加入牛油,貝肉厚身爽甜,鮮味好食自創海老芝士脆脆 包成三角型炸香,咬開香脆,送酒一流醬油川海老河蝦炸脆,加入醬油調味,開胃小菜一流串燒有秋葵,雞肉棒抹少許鹽已經相當好味炸蝦卷,有青瓜,甜蛋,蟹肉,紫菜夠脆身醬燒豚丼  份量十足!
