To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Best friend約食團年飯，約來約去，都係揀返大家都鍾意嘅，希慎這間店，因為無論品質，服務都是最好的，店長及侍應都會介紹好酒及今日特別新鮮的魚。先點了清酒，朋友好識飲識食，刺身配清酒絕配。今日刺身非常新鮮，拼盤都係上等品質，尤其我最喜歡的金槍魚腩，咬落去油份充足，甘香軟滑，入口即溶，牡丹蝦吃尾部分，頭部取去炸，鬆脆甘香蝦頭最適合佐酒，左口裙邊既有油份又有咬口。清酒飲完一支又一支，最後都係要再來一客大金槍魚腩，拼盤裏的是中金槍魚腩，現在這客大金槍魚腩更是肥美，油分更多。今日美滿團年飯，多謝厨師們啦🙏😘
