屋企附近新開了一間家庭風日式餐廳,可以話係日式三餸飯,放工去買左個外賣試下。套餐有一個冷盤,三個熱食,湯同飯。今次集中寫一寫熱食首先是雞皮餃子配自家製香草檸檬腐乳醬,餃子的外皮酥脆,內餡鮮嫩多汁,搭配上那獨特的香草檸檬腐乳醬,味道層次豐富。接著是安格斯牛櫛瓜卷配自製洋蔥蘋果,牛肉鮮美,櫛瓜清爽,自製的洋蔥蘋果醬為這道菜增添了一抹甜美的酸味。和風黑松露烏賊堡(墨魚漢堡),墨魚餅用上滿滿烏賊肉,烏賊肉質鮮嫩配上手打墨魚膠,十分彈牙。我額外點了一個甜品,千層調色板士多啤梨拼玫瑰荔枝口味。千層酥皮層層分明,士多啤梨的酸甜,加上玫瑰荔枝獨特的香氣,值得一試!

首先是雞皮餃子配自家製香草檸檬腐乳醬,餃子的外皮酥脆,內餡鮮嫩多汁,搭配上那獨特的香草檸檬腐乳醬,味道層次豐富。
