香港被譽為美食之都,各國的佳餚樣樣兼備。今天晚餐,我和朋友三人決定前往尖沙咀一家特色居酒屋品嚐一下正宗日本料理。從門口看,居酒屋的外圍乃密封的,感覺很是隱蔽。居酒屋內一系列昏黃的燈光,入夜後更好氣氛。店子一室深木色主調,放了不少日本掛畫,佈置雖簡單,但富有地道感覺,儼如置身日本。汁煮牛脷:餐廳店員首先奉上的前菜是汁煮牛脷,平時慣常食用的是主要是放題時的鹽燒牛脷,一般是比較爽脆乾身。今次的牛脷用上醬汁的煮法,薄薄的一片片比較腍身,醬汁的味道亦不會太濃。份量不多,不會影響之後享用主菜的胃口。但本人還是比較喜歡吃乾脆的鹽燒牛脷吧。大根芝士沙律:大根即是白蘿蔔。這道沙律吃起來十分清新。一條條爽甜的大根配搭上一粒粒的水牛軟芝士,混合其他新鮮的綠色蔬菜,再加上份量不少的木魚絲,味道清淡,令人胃口大增!沙律的賣相也相當吸引!金槍魚、秋刀魚、紅衫魚:師傅以海葡萄和五彩葉子裝飾刺身併盤至藝術品一樣,一上桌已十分吸睛。除了視覺大為滿足外,聽老闆說,居酒屋選用全日本進口的時令食材,難怪刺身予人口感倍感幼滑,而且絕對入口即融,非常新鮮。金槍魚和紅衫魚肉質充滿彈性,味道鮮甜,入口後盡是魚脂的油香,另以香蔥配搭,
