To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一家人歡歡喜喜到合和中心,「一遊」日式居酒屋食日式美食😁灣仔「一遊」提供超過20款串燒、炸物、刺身、壽司及京都料理，質素非常之高。🪭⛩️裝修充滿日式風情，木質裝修營造出溫馨舒服的氣氛。☺️開心日子梗係要小酌幾杯啦😄神龍純米大吟釀，純米制的清酒，配搭今晚嘅菜式，簡直一流👍👍✅刺身五點帶子、赤貝和吞拿魚、油甘魚及櫻花蝦。切得厚身又新鮮。✅明太子燒魷魚原條魷魚配上明太子醬汁，簡直絕配。✅生姜豚肉石鍋飯用熱的石頭鍋伴飯及豚肉。好有飯香味。✅厚玉子燒蛋和芝士都是半流心，非常嫩滑。✅清酒煮蜆蜆非常大隻，脹卜卜。湯非常甜美。👍✅野菜天婦羅盛合粉漿唔會太厚，炸得乾身。好好食✅串燒（雞翼/執銷靈芝菇牛肉卷/燒牛舌今晚在美酒佳餚陪伴下與家人談談笑笑咗幾小時。
