太子又開咗新餐廳當然要試試,最初經過望到個Logo以為喺買山系用品/整手作嘅地方🤣,門口裝修偏向日系簡約風格有點點文青氣息🍃⤑店內面積偏細只有八個座位,格局其實有啲似日式拉麵店🍜因為用上開放式廚房所以通風比較侷促一啲,但細心位喺每張枱上都有把風扇仔所以其實都OK,重點係成間店舖只有一人廚師主理,所以交流更加方便食得出喺有誠意嘅料理,晚市主打燒物/串燒/炸物/佐酒小食🍢,午市就有貝果沙律等等🥯同晚市唔同餐單㗎,如果諗唔到食咩可以問問廚師意見💕⇛ ▫️魷魚軟骨沙律 $48魷魚軟骨有沙律醬調味過而且好有咬口😛,沙律菜面頭再加咗蛋黃醬,份量都幾大碟呢個價錢都幾抵食!⇛ ▫️手工櫻花蝦醬拌凍豆腐 $48手工制嘅櫻花蝦醬食落鹹香惹味,配埋淡味嘅凍豆腐,味道就啱啱好唔會太過鹹!⇛ ▫️清酒煮加拿大藍青口 $78青口洗得好乾淨食落唔會有沙夠鮮甜,每隻都開晒口有肉👅,用上清酒煮更帶出鮮味🍶~⇛ ▫️燒日式腩肉串 $28腩肉用上五花腩脂肪同肉層次分明🐷,搽上日式燒汁腩肉邊燒得微微焦香,食完有少少罪惡感🙈~⇛ ▫️燒鰈魚 $88魚肉燒得有少少脆皮肉質就偏實啲,醃得都好夠味🐟!
