To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角飯+溫泉蛋$33+12=$45牛角飯即係紫菜和少量大蔥幼絲、芝麻蓋飯(唔肯定有冇醬油,因為加咗隻浸住醬油嘅溫泉蛋落去),紫菜味極香,加咗溫泉蛋,蛋黃蛋白醬油拌匀,飯粒口感黏稠但唔漿口,唔係好覺蛋香,整體有醬油嘅甜酸同大蔥嘅辛,就係唔係好覺蛋味。食完飲兩杯水清清味蕾,甜膩感沒有了,但大蔥味就揮之不去。牛舌飯牛舌薄切,一整片細嚼有牛味甘香不油膩。王后覺得飯入面嘅大蔥絲太刺激,而且味道久久不散,牛舌有𡁻勁但痴牙。牛肉飯定食牛肉疊成山狀,打卡用一流。牛肉下面有不少芽菜,中火軟腍牛肉嘅肥膩感,王上食曬係大滿足。對公主同王后嚟講可能就係膩。豚肉飯定食王子相當滿意,認為比起食牛角燒唔洗親力親為更方便,而肉類質素沒有差。定食就是$6的沙律和味噌湯

牛舌薄切,一整片細嚼有牛味甘香不油膩。
王后覺得飯入面嘅大蔥絲太刺激,而且味道久久不散,牛舌有𡁻勁但痴牙。

牛肉疊成山狀,打卡用一流。牛肉下面有不少芽菜,中火軟腍牛肉嘅肥膩感,王上食曬係大滿足。

王子相當滿意,認為比起食牛角燒唔洗親力親為更方便,而肉類質素沒有差。
