To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次到這家牛角,今次已沒有牛肉刺身泡菜海鮮湯 - 上枱時還是起泡泡..滾滾太酸和咸,有豆腐、泡菜、蜆、帶子、蛋,幾好味牛角冷麵 - 好大碗、好多麵,有咬口和彈牙,不過要快喲食..變成暖麵就唔好食...(要放近燒爐)牛角沙律 - 生菜、蛋、北寄貝、蝦、帶子...賣相味道都OK,過薯仔沙律就,可以加入其它蔬菜,沙律汁另上就更好牛栢葉刺身 - 這個配合牛角醬料,基本非常難食,有少少酸,再加入大葱和青葱香味,一絕厚切牛舌 x 2 - 要過熟,少少生也怕,帶有少少牛氈味,不過Yummy Yummy牛肩 X 2 - 鹽醬比其它好味,全家也太喜歡複雜醬料味,簡單原味最好,不要燒全熟..否則過韌,有牛肉味。牛3宝 - 牛胃比較爽和硬,似雞腎,牛栢葉..OK 牛腸很少燒烤食,過也錯,比較韌,有少少牛腸怪味辟唔到因太太和仔仔先到,已吃了梅子冷麵和泡菜豆腐湯 (仔仔話梅子泠麵不及牛角冷面,可能仔仔愛吃酸)再加兩杯凍飲 共八百幾元。太太有同事也在牛角開歺,用會員card折後七百幾元。
