日本菜最吸引人地方係菜式變化多,永遠都會俾到食客一份新鮮感。上星期我就同我女朋友去左銅鑼灣謝斐道嘅“昭和食堂”。店內裝潢簡樸但挺有日和風味,與地道居酒屋無異。我女朋order左多款美食:日本蕃茄三杯醋………………………日本進口蕃茄非常新鮮清甜,再配以三杯醋浸釀,清淡中亦不會單調。北海道炸魷魚絲……………………魷魚好彈牙有口感,炸上黎不油不膩,下酒恩物。串燒雞腎………………燒得好香口,好彈牙,唔會韌,雖然膽固醇高D,但都好難忍口。“昭和”整體水準不俗,服務亦夠體貼,下次會再幫襯。
