一開始試咗個小食前菜、牛蒡醬油漬同古早蟹籽沙律,個前菜味道酸酸甜甜,口感好豐富,蟹籽沙律就好足料、配上青瓜絲都好fresh。最值得推介有三款,包括蟹肉蟹膏甲羅燒,個甲羅燒配上蛋黃醬汁,搽上餅乾,啲蟹膏味留係口腔,味道一流。第二個想推介係唐揚小池魚,炸出黎唔會好多油,香香脆脆,食到停唔到口。最後一個係牛舌心,牛嘅味道都好濃郁,又大塊,食起來唔會好乾,都幾Juicy, 值得推介。另外點左個吉列生蠔、厚燒豆腐(豆腐都幾滑)、雞肉棒配醬油蛋,味道幾特別,亦唔會太鹹,素鹹蛋媽媽素玉棒,較為適合鍾意食素嘅朋友仔。整體來講,啲串燒/燒物真係幾好食,經過太子的話會值得encore!
