To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎到北角想食日式火鍋原來喺碼頭附近已經有仲要係一人一鍋日式火鍋喺疫情底下夠晒衛生見到選擇繁多仲要係movenpick任食心郁郁冇理由唔試吓這間裝修係非常地道既日式火鍋環境乾淨燈光夠晒光 Menu有唔同嘅肉類選擇同埋我唔同嘅味道嘅湯底，我哋叫咗骨膠原雞湯底and澳洲牛肉set澳洲穀飼牛set包括左任點澳洲同美國牛肉同埋丹麥皇冠豚肉豚肩肉每款肉都非常好食令人想一直encore 賣相非常之靚個骨膠原雞湯勁香基本上食物都唔使放豉油已經好夠味出面放滿唔同食野擺得好靚好整齊分咗蔬菜類，飲品類甜品類同埋丸類如：貢丸、金菇、粉絲等等...餐牌上亦有詳細列明。除咗一般配料仲有一啲出邊好少食到嘅配料，例：蟲草花，秋葵，羽衣甘藍，口感獨特，盡吸美味的湯精華。飲品各適其適，有汽水亦有自家制茶，感覺一啲都唔Hea. 最重要竟然有movenpick 雪糕任食！！如果到北角想打邊爐，推介呢間，既坐得舒舒服服又衛生。
