To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日去左同屋企人食飯 當係預早慶祝母親節因為我同屋企人都唔係好鐘意係西餐据扒 食意大利飯所以我地就決定食HOTPOT 個個都可以叫自己鐘意食的其實我同屋企人都好耐無去過日式火鍋通常都係去港式 類似大版檔呢種今次一於就試試日式火鍋既水準如何為左方便大家收工,所以我地就去左MK東既分店到食當日係星期三,無諗過星期三都如此爆場我地無BOOK位,叫飛 大概得15~20分鐘左右啦一入到去,我同屋企人都幾IMPRESS因為裡面地方好大, 每個位都特別大同吉野家個種真係差好遠啊坐底之後,原來仲係用IPAD落單 好HIGH TECH啊我同屋企人都鐘意食新野所以就叫左最新個兩款,分別係「冬陰公味」同「椰子雞湯味」大概7~8分鐘就來到了兩個湯都好香滾好了,首先試一試佢個湯底,冬陰公味比我想像中濃郁椰子雞湯味道就好清甜 兩樣我都幾鐘意行出去野食BAR個到 種類都幾多 好似自己食緊BUFFET 咁啊我地食食下發現有個海鮮SET 又叫了OYSTER同相一樣 都幾大隻同肥美呢餐真係唔錯啊!

行出去野食BAR個到 種類都幾多 好似自己食緊BUFFET 咁啊
我地食食下發現有個海鮮SET 又叫了
OYSTER同相一樣 都幾大隻同肥美


呢餐真係唔錯啊!
