朋友今晚在這間訂了枱跟我聚舊,位置在利園2期後面,很易找啊!7 點鐘已經爆場,所以要食的朋友最好先行訂位。雖然地方不大,枱與枱之間空間亦不多,但有很好的日式居酒屋氣氛,每枱都舉杯暢飲,好適合一班朋友來。餐牌款式有很多,由小食,壽司,炸物 串燒,燒物,飯面,甜品到高級和牛都有提供。還有期間限定的餐牌。酒當然是居酒屋不可缺少啦,他們的酒類十分多,適合一班酒鬼。我同朋友見到期間限定的餐牌已雙眼發光,因為是”蟹”,我們點了一個蟹肉釜飯,這個要等20-25 分鐘,要有點耐性啊! 蟹肉釜飯是加入米,高湯、醬油、味醂等調味,再鋪上蟹肉,蟹膏,什菇烹煮成熟飯,因此煲好的釜飯已很有蟹肉的鮮味。釜飯上枱後,侍應會幫忙將飯同配料撈勻,份量剛剛每人只分得一小碗,所以有點不夠喉吧。米飯入口煙韌之餘亦粒粒分明,接近煲底米飯更帶微微飯焦香。另外,點了期間限定的甲羅燒,將蟹膏、飛魚籽、鵪鶉蛋混和在一起燒,燒熟後仿如杰身糊仔,但單食會比較咸了一點。小食點了明太子拌玉子燒,平常食開的明太子玉子燒是凍食的,而明太子則捲於玉子中。但這裡的玉子是浸於高湯中熱食,明太子則舖於玉子上,這樣又是另一種食法,很不錯啊!卷物要了軟殼蟹牛

我同朋友見到期間限定的餐牌已雙眼發光,因為是”蟹”,我們點了一個蟹肉釜飯,這個要等20-25 分鐘,要有點耐性啊! 蟹肉釜飯是加入米,高湯、醬油、味醂等調味,再鋪上蟹肉,蟹膏,什菇烹煮成熟飯,因此煲好的釜飯已很有蟹肉的鮮味。釜飯上枱後,侍應會幫忙將飯同配料撈勻,份量剛剛每人只分得一小碗,所以有點不夠喉吧。米飯入口煙韌之餘亦粒粒分明,接近煲底米飯更帶微微飯焦香。

另外叫了每枱都好似會點的雞肉串燒盛合,看見廚師們都燒得沒有停手,有燒雞髀肉、雞胸肉、雞肉大葱及免治雞肉棒,可沾上日本蛋汁品嘗,雞肉燒完都不會太乾身,好味。
