To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開牛角放題費事去咁遠就試吓普通嘅牛角燒肉燒肉拼盤牛類唔錯有牛味而且唔會好多筋但雞肉就唔好食牛角飯應該唔使講大家都知道係咩味佢放咗蔥芝麻大量紫菜應該仲有麻油所以其實就咁食已經好香🤣 後加牛腹胸肉好軟冇筋有牛味而且油脂分布都幾平均人均$250 已經食得飽雖然冇食放題咁滿足佢仲有會員set 下次可以試吓
