朋友知道我唔鍾意食魚,最大嘅原因係怕有骨,佢就偏偏想帶我食坂奈御膳令我喜歡上魚。每次帶我食好西,位置都係潮人勝地銅鑼灣附近上完泰拳堂就留意到呢一間日式燒魚店 坂奈御膳 Sakana Gozen,店內裝修充滿日式感覺。店仔細細迫迫地感覺好親密,最喜歡坐吧枱,open kitchen 可以比我見到廚師燒魚過程朋友order的高價日本魚以鹽燒手法,帶出魚肉的鮮味,我見到好多食客叫BB喜之次都係不到$200。我記得好似加大概 $30 就可以upgrade 御膳。有刺身、煮物、味噌汁全部都真材實料,真係物超所值!而我的最愛還是汁燒鰻魚魚肉嫩滑多汁,厚肉而且彈牙加上自家秘製醬汁,真係別有一番風味!最後再嘆番杯柚子酒,傾吓計吹下水又渡過咗開心的一個晚上 。
