女友生日當然要食得好一點,在銅鑼灣行街之餘,我們便到樓上的”漁獲浜燒”一同共享晚餐。聽女朋友所形容”漁獲浜燒”充滿日式風味。就是我們親身感受時更覺得與日本本地的店舖不遑多讓,店面大大張直番及木名牌已感覺到氣氛截然不同,店內以木色為主,牆上掛著各日式裝飾,其中介紹蝦的海報更能吸引著我的視線。由於太多款式,我們花費了好一會才點了幾款菜色。言而,店員很快已送上了我們"細芝麻鹽醬椰菜"。青新的蔬菜配合芝麻醬和日式七味粉,當中混合了小碎塊薯片,令香脆新鮮集於一身,非常突出。淺嚐前菜後再試試水菜沙律,"水菜沙律"與一般的沙律最大分別在於其表面覆蓋了一層炸銀魚仔,經攪拌混合後使炸銀魚仔平均分佈在整碟沙律中,讓我們每一口也能炸銀魚仔香且並不覺得油膩。清淡過後便漸漸加厚味道。先來"池魚刺身"是非常巧手菜色,用上高技巧刀功把池魚肉身切片出來,極新鮮肉質配合配蘿蔔蓉攪拌酸汁沾上食用,鮮甜極至。用後的魚殼會用作炸香,香脆"池魚骨天富羅"非常香口,加點檸檬汁最合適不過。接著"是時令活蠔刺身",由於時日關係,店員是晚提供的是蘇格蘭生蠔,海水濃郁,肉質爽口,雖然不算厚身,味道可說是剛剛好吧。跟著是主要的浜燒出場。"
