To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日式盛宴 輕鬆食得開心

行過呢條街，好彩撞正呢間日式餐廳。起初以為會好貴，點知原來可以咁親民, 咁滿足。實話實說，食完呢頓午餐，件肚真係幸福滿滿😄。當中個天丼定食出乎意料地正！啲天婦羅幾香脆，尤其係啲蝦，夠哂脆又夠哂味，啲菇更加係香氣十足，一啖咬落去，簡直係香滑得來唔笠😋，個心諗：「真係好過癮！」仲有份銀鱈魚定食，魚肉又嫩又入味，配埋啲漬物同味增湯，真係扮演到解膩神隊友嘅角色。環顧四周，發現唔少食客都食得津津有味，心諗呢度真可以拍拍胸脯推介。不過呢，留意返啲食物份量，對小食量嘅朋友可能有啲挑戰。但對我來講，食得滿足，又可以順便打個飽嚟提提神，咁嘅午餐，真係無得頂！下次一定再試下其他菜式，睇吓仲有啲乜嘢好野食啦！👀🍣👌🏼
