諗起鋸扒,可能第一時間都會諗到d 西式o既扒房或者restaurant bar o個類;諗起日式餐廳,又正常好快會聯想到壽司拉麵。而今日食o既呢間餐廳,卻係一間專門食牛扒o既日式扒房!大牌到淨係賣一樣o野食,唔使審都知係正~ 咁但係就算講緊淨係牛扒,佢都提供三個唔同部位,價錢不一。佢唔係例如一份肉眼就$100 咁,而係斷秤,佢會o係收銀下面個雪櫃即場撈一舊肉上o黎,你話要幾多佢就大約切幾多。我點o左一份西冷,佢o係我面前切完磅o左係363g,乘番就係$178,明碼實價o既,另外我加$25 升級o左做set。有得食了!其實頭先都已經睇到塊扒好大塊,而家上到檯香噴噴咁,更加令人流晒口水!呢間餐廳叫得做medium rare steak,當然要叫medium rare,尤其我不嬲都食開三成熟。o岩o岩一開始食o既時候會較重起膠o既口感,之後餘熱就會令到塊扒多番d 肉質纖維。西冷係最貴當然亦都係最靚,肉味夠晒濃,油脂集中晒o係上方肥膏o既位置。配o左蒜油o既我,塊扒上面加o左兩款生蒜,配搭牛肉不嬲都係all time favourite。跟牛扒仲有一個附屬o既醬汁,原來係柚子味,頓時又令個扒多

有得食了!其實頭先都已經睇到塊扒好大塊,而家上到檯香噴噴咁,更加令人流晒口水!呢間餐廳叫得做medium rare steak,當然要叫medium rare,尤其我不嬲都食開三成熟。o岩o岩一開始食o既時候會較重起膠o既口感,之後餘熱就會令到塊扒多番d 肉質纖維。

西冷係最貴當然亦都係最靚,肉味夠晒濃,油脂集中晒o係上方肥膏o既位置。配o左蒜油o既我,塊扒上面加o左兩款生蒜,配搭牛肉不嬲都係all time favourite。跟牛扒仲有一個附屬o既醬汁,原來係柚子味,頓時又令個扒多o左d 韓式o既風格。除o左呢d 之外,檯上已經放好晒黑椒、海鹽呢d standard o野俾你自行調味。

四揀三o既set 先有個日式椰菜沙律,混o左少少紅蘿蔔絲,淋上胡麻醬去吊味。白飯我選擇倒上頭先o既柚子醬汁,酸酸甜甜十分開胃!另外仲配o左汽水,係一枝韓式可樂。

我咁樣夾埋愈$200 好似偏貴,但隔離位食牛柳,見到無我咁大塊但係好厚,我諗有2、3 寸!如果同我同重量都只需$100 頭,叫肉眼會仲平,豐儉由人,其實係抵食的。
