去銅鑼灣搵朋友食飯,放工時間唔知食乜,行過見到個餐牌好吸引,價錢都唔貴,就決定試下。一入到去就見到有日本客人食緊,相信呢間餐廳應該幾地道。千里屋食堂係一間食和牛既餐廳,佢呢度亦都有高級既飛驒牛食。咁我地決定乜都試下,鐵板,丼同壽喜燒都各叫左一款。熟成黑牛Champion Steak Don岩晒d中意食牛既大胃王,上面鋪有滿滿既澳洲和牛,冇乜其他配菜,基本上係一半牛一半飯。牛肉大約七成熟,咬落軟腍腍,一d都唔韌。配上蒜蓉味醬汁,食到停唔到口。飯就用上日本珍珠米,好香。和牛鐵板三種,故名思義就係有三種和牛用鐵板燒,上枱既時候牛已經係燒得岩岩好,鐵板純粹係保持著個溫度。三種係唔同部位既牛肉,我自己最中意脂肪最多既個個部位,牛肉入口即溶,亦非常香,食完個咀令立立,充滿牛既油脂,呢個價錢食到三種咁正既和牛真係性價比超高。而朋友既高級鐵板燒就真係要自己燒既,牛肉亦都好好食。壽喜燒醬汁好甜,牛肉煮完味道入晒落去,送飯一流。
