To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日都見好多人排隊今日見唔多人就拎張飛試吓啦等左半個鐘左右就入得環境算坐得幾舒服揀左個2人套餐湯底分別揀咗鰹魚湯同昆布湯鰹魚湯幾夠味打邊爐剛剛好但昆布湯就失望左d 太清淡好似水咁冇味升級左換左個長崎黑毛和牛呢個有驚喜又幾高質薄切靚牛好食另一個有美國牛肋肉都唔錯牛味較重反而期間限定既牛小排有比較之下就差啲啲豚肉就普通我地加左份海鮮拼盤呢個就一般蜆冇肉好細粒蠔同帶子都係冇驚喜可以唔洗特別叫總括嚟講套餐2人食都夠晒飽都唔需要再額外追加日式火鍋係海港城黎講都算抵食嘅會再試其他湯底

呢個有驚喜又幾高質薄切靚牛好食
另一個有美國牛肋肉都唔錯牛味較重
反而期間限定既牛小排有比較之下就差啲啲
豚肉就普通

我地加左份海鮮拼盤
呢個就一般蜆冇肉好細粒
蠔同帶子都係冇驚喜可以唔洗特別叫

總括嚟講套餐2人食都夠晒飽
都唔需要再額外追加
日式火鍋係海港城黎講都算抵食嘅會再試其他湯底
